Repeated BSOD's and not sure of cause

My Windows 7 Enterprise 64 bit Lenovo T430 laptop has started crashing regularly, sometimes back to back 3 or 4 times, sometimes will go several hours. I learned how to get into the minidumps but they all seem to say different things. It doesn't always generate them, either. Hoping someone is familiar enough with how to read them to see a common theme and advise. IT Support at my employer just wants to issue a new laptop but I'm dreading having to re-install everything, hoping it's bad memory or something. Thanks for any help. SF diagnostic zip attached.

So of the random messages I find in the minidumps, would it be safe to say that the following indicates a likely hardware issue with the memory? I've asked support at my company to swap out the 8GB of RAM first since it is a simple test to rule in/out a problem with the memory.

EXCEPTION_CODE: (NTSTATUS) 0xc0000005 - The instruction at 0x%08lx referenced memory at 0x%08lx. The memory could not be %s.

    FAULTING_IP:
    nt!ExpInterlockedPopEntrySListFault16+0
    fffff800`03085b05 498b08 mov rcx,qword ptr [r8]

    EXCEPTION_PARAMETER1: 0000000000000000

    EXCEPTION_PARAMETER2: ffffffffffffffff

READ_ADDRESS: GetPointerFromAddress: unable to read from fffff800032c5100
    ffffffffffffffff

ERROR_CODE: (NTSTATUS) 0xc0000005 - The instruction at 0x%08lx referenced memory at 0x%08lx. The memory could not be %s.
