    Hi XeonPeaceMaker.

    A stop 0xA0000001 is inherent to AMD/ATI drivers/GPUs.
    Code:
    *** WARNING: Unable to verify timestamp for atikmdag.sys
    *** ERROR: Module load completed but symbols could not be loaded for atikmdag.sys

    Use !analyze -v to get detailed debugging information.

    BugCheck A0000001, {5, 0, 0, 0}

    Probably caused by : atikmdag.sys ( atikmdag+277ce )

    ---------
    Uninstall your installed latest version of the display driver and install the previous one, as a try.

    Then clean up any possible leftover.

    Then install version 13.9 WHQL only.

    Late us know if the BSODs still occurring with this version of display driver or not. If the BSODs continue with the same bugcheck code, you may need to replace the GPU.
