BSOD when computer is idle
Received a BSOD while away from the computer.
Dell Bluescreen Troubleshooter resulted in the following:
The "Unknown" driver (C:\Windows\system32\drivers\teedriverx64.sys) appears to have caused the system crash.
I looked up the teedriverx64.sys and it is the Intel Management Engine Interface driver but the driver is up to date.
I ran BlueScreenView and the results are that the Wdf01000.sys is part to blame.
I ran Malwarebytes but the system came up clean.
Installed all windows updates
Installed all driver updates - with the exception of the Intel 6235 update which doesn't actually update. I'll call Dell on that one.
Full system diagnostics came back clean.
I'm not confident that the Windows updates will resolve the issue. Attached is the SF Debug Tool and BlueScreenView results. Can someone please review it and let me know if there is anything else I should be looking at?
Dell E6540, Win7 Pro, i7vPro, 8gb RAM...
Thank you in advance!
