Blue Screen after attempting SID Change, unable to use system restore

    BSOD info:

    *** STOP: 0X000000F4 (0X000000000000003, 0XFFFFFA800ADB2B30, 0XFFFFFA800ADB2E10, 0XFFFFF8000318e7b0

When trying to use system restore, I get "you must enable system protection on this drive"

however, when I try to do this from command prompt using a windows 7 cd "%systemroot%\system32\restore\rstrui.exe" I get that the restore service was unable to be started

    Thanks in advance!

May we ask what made you change the SID?
