Random BSOD's - sorry haven't been quick enough to grab the error code

Hi my computer has BSOD'd about 4 or 5 times since I rebuilt it back in December, the only things I kept in the rebuild were my 1TB HD, PSU, disk drive, and the case.

When the computer comes back up windows pops up a "Windows has recovered from an unexpected shutdown, check for a solution online" message. The following picture is the given problem details when these occur: https://i.imgur.com/BFJenHk.png

I couldn't figure out how to access the files listed in the details, but I can zip them and upload them here if it would help you guys out.

As far as the old HD vs new HD thing goes, I installed windows on the new HD, and then transferred over the data from the old one to the new one that I wanted to keep and then wiped the old harddrive (via select all and deleting all the files I realize now this could be the issue maybe)

Please let me know what I can do to help you guys, help me troubleshoot my BSOD issues!
    Thanks,
    Matt A.

EDIT: After creating my post the site popped up BSOD posting instructions, which I will be appending here...Also, sorry if I was supposed to rename the zipped diagnostics information

Hello and welcome FatHalpert mate you obviously have a new Motherboard I take it and if you used the old OEM (its activation will be tied to that old board) unless you got the ok from Microsoft - just explain the board went south and can you use it (the old OEM) on a new board they are usually good with this - then you will have problems.
The alternative is to buy another OEM and install it.

Thanks, so if I change the product code to a new one, not tied to a specific board will I no longer BSOD?

Thats right if you have a new OEM then the activation for it will work on the new board. If you are stuck with the old OEM as I said you can contact Microsoft and explain that the old board has died and can you use the old OEM on the new board.
I have done this a few times now and as I also said they are usually very obliging.

If I may pop in here with a tidbit,

Your dump files are blaming the USB3 driver,

    Code:
    start end module name
    fffff880`04e00000 fffff880`04ec3000 iusb3xhc T (no symbols)
        Loaded symbol image file: iusb3xhc.sys
        Image path: \SystemRoot\system32\DRIVERS\iusb3xhc.sys
        Image name: iusb3xhc.sys
        Timestamp: Tue Mar 26 09:05:28 2013 (5151C748)
        CheckSum: 000CDDA1
        ImageSize: 000C3000
        Translations: 0000.04b0 0000.04e4 0409.04b0 0409.04e4
    Driver Reference Table - iusb3xhc.sys

You could try updating that driver,
