    BSOD on boot up, 0x00000f4

Seems to have happened out of no where... I can boot it up in safe mode, but when it boots up normally just as I see the desktop icons it starts to shutdown down automatically then Blue screens. I ran a registry cleaner, uninstalled iobits(heard that sometimes causes issues, I was getting the IMF.exe issue on boot up, didn't help) tried to run system recovery but it gets errors. Ran stinger, anti-malware bytes, avast, etc. found nothing. Ran sfc /scan now and the CBS.log shows a lot of failures and it couldn't repair a lot. Not sure what to do next. Please help. I'm at the extent of my knowledge of what to do. Thanks. Also, i made sure all my drivers are up to date. I tried to follow steps for the mini dump, but my computer doesn't create one for some reason...

Hello Malice, and welcome to Seven Forums.

Please read the instructions here: Blue Screen of Death (BSOD) Posting Instructions, and post back with the needed information. One of our BSOD experts should be by later when able to further help. :)

I uploaded what would load from the program, but like i said, my computer isnt creating dump files for some reason. I uploaded a photo to show my blue screen, seems to freeze on initializing disk for crash dump and never creates one. At least that's my guess.

i right click on my computer
    click properties
    click advanced system settings
under start up and recovery i click settings.
Write an event to the system log is checked
    automatically restart isnt checked
small memory dump (256 KB) is in the box
    %systemroot%\Mindump is in the directory
the overwrite any existing file box checked.

Bugcheck F4's are usually storage-related problems.

    Try this:
