BSOD when trying to boot in normal mode, safe mode works fine

My Toshiba satellite will only boot in safe mode tried sfc/scannow getting this message

Windows resource protection found corrupt files but was unable to fix some of them.

I've tried a system restore but that wasnt very successful either, if I uploaded the CBS log of the scan could someone try help me with the problem. Thanks

You may need to run SFC up to 3 times for it to have a chance to repair all files.

If it won't then you can consider a Repair Install.

However be aware that factory preinstalled Win7 is one of the worst possible installs of Win7 one can have, larded with bloatware and duplicate utilties that intefere with better versions built into Win7. So I would strongly consider doing the vastly superior Clean Reinstall - Factory OEM Windows 7.

If you decide to try to repair you can also capture the BSOD file and post it up for one of our BSOD analysts as shown here: Blue Screen of Death (BSOD) Posting Instructions - Windows 7 Forums

Sorry I thought BSOD was a black screen, mine goes black after logging in with a responsive mouse !
Well i ran it 3 times anyway but still no luck, should I upload the CBS log?
I'd rather not do a reinstall right away but if I cant find a solution I'd do it.

Work through the Troubleshooting Steps for Windows 7 which will normally reveal the problem while optimizing your system as best as can be considering factory is the worst possible install of Win7 one can have..
