Nobodies, did I understand you correctly, there are no BSODs if you unplug your USB Modem?
Time to pay attention to the crash dumps and not to your explanations. It is misleading.
You complete the stop 0x116 troubleshooting now.
Let us know.
ah ok ok but i want ask first: there are 3 post tutorial on thread u give to me. i don't understand post #1, so i will only test post #2 and #3 and about test video card by using FurMark in this thread Video Card - Stress Test with Furmark, i don't understand "Watch for artifacts on the screen" and "how much temperature i must test so i can stop it" i will record so u can see this furmark video
Be careful and keep watch on your GPU temps. They will rise rapidly when running that test. If they get too high, stop the test.
i test FurMark for 12 minutes but i don't know what is artifacts so i record when FurMark started. pls download and check my FurMark (https://drive.google.com/file/d/0B34...it?usp=sharing)
i test prime95 x64 but only 9 hours and no error i got
my temperature when using prime95 is between 69 - 70 celcius by using CoreTemp
my temperature when using FurMark is between 60 - 65 celcius by using CoreTemp
oh ya every BSOD and return to Windows, only 1 my application Xwidget showing Error because crash.
Is Xwidget can make BSOD?
And when i click Check Later on Windows recovery after return to Windows. i got solution "Display driver stopped responding and has recovered" error in Windows 7 or Windows Vista

Like this?
If so, try another version of the display driver. Any one. Notice if the issue still occurs or not.
If this error occurs with multiple version of display drivers, there is no way but changing the GPU. Because, no so-called fix for it available over the internet can fix it for a reasonably long time.
If XWidgest are causing any issue, uninstalling it will be a good test.
Nobodies, I believe Arc is correct, your card is not performing at all on that test. Notice you are getting 1 FPS on the test which it should not do. Also, compare your video and the detail in yours to this one. Look at the detail of the fur ball and the ends of the fur and look at the definition of the pattern of the background. Yes, your video card should not run it as fast as mine, but it should run it at the same detail of definition, I believe.

EDIT: In basic oversimplified terms, an artifact is anything that does not get rendered by your graphics card correctly. It can be the background pattern in Furmark, Dark or light spots or streaks or wrong colors or shapes or 100 other things.
emmmm i mean like this :
its same or different?
after that, i click Check later and go to Control Panel > Action Center then i got this :

okay .
1. I try to uninstal XWidget (if still error, go to step 2)
2. Downgrade version AMD VGA
wew
ur background and ur FPS are very different with my video?
how can be?
i follow any step on this thread Video Card - Stress Test with Furmark
which test? test on STOP 0x116: VIDEO_TDR_ERROR troubleshooting or Video Card - Stress Test with Furmark ?
if u said FurMark, then how to performing so i won't get 1 FPS again?
how to not set my video card not run fast?
my FurMark setting like this :

any wrong setting?
About the speed of the card, my card is faster than the one you have is all I meant. Meaning the FPS on mine would be a lot higher than yours. Plus, I know you used the settings in the tutorial as you should. I was using different settings. I was not testing my card, but just wanted to show you what the picture should look like. The only purpose in my picture was to show what the picture should look like, not to compare FPS. You can't compare FPS with a laptop against a desktop.
