It is the driver for the ATK0100 device on your Asus mobo - what exactly it does, I don't know. I suspect that it has something to do with ACPI.

Look for the Win7 version of the Asus AISuite on the Asus support site.

Thanks for the help, I will go do that. It must have something to do with the MB, my board has a couple of "energy saving" features that usually dont give me problems. I went into the power options and stopped my machine from going to sleep and it has not BSOD me since, I would hope that having a Win7 set of drivers would help that issue, if not then at least i have a temp. fix until an update will come out that can address the issue.

FWIW - I gave up on trying to sleep my Asus P6T Deluxe after replacing all the drivers and my RAID card.

Good luck!

Yeah, I have searched all around Asus website trying to find AI Suite for Win7 but have had no luck. Honestly i probably will just wait out the updates when then come. I have had the sleep function off since we last talked and have had no more problems with BSOD and am starting to actually enjoy Win7

The AISuite is usually under the Utilities or Other section of the downloads.
