    Unknown and random BSOD

This BSOD occurred in my absence so I don't know how it happened and all that. Here are my SF Diagnostic Tool files.

Scan your system for malware using this link and report any findings:
Free Virus Scan | Online Virus Scanner from ESET

    Code:
    BIOS Version/Date	Dell Inc. A07, 3/23/2011
Can you see if there is a BIOS update available?

It is getting hard to work with my laptop as it bsods very soon after booting so I couldn't do anything you suggested. What does the dmp file say about my crash? I think I will take it to a computer repair shop and then follow your instructions.

Did you try running the tests in safe mode?

Run the malware scan from outside the Windows boot environment using this:

    Windows Defender Offline
