Random BSOD, unsure as to why

I keep blue screening at random times, not entirely sure why. The last hardware update i did was my graphics card, currently took the new one out and using the old one. My PC seems to be stable. Here are my logs, any help would be greatly appreciated thank you.

    PAGE_FAULT_IN_NONPAGED_AREA (50)
Invalid system memory was referenced. This cannot be protected by try-except,
it must be protected by a Probe. Typically the address is just plain bad or it
    is pointing at freed memory.
    Arguments:
    Arg1: fffff80000000011, memory referenced.

It looks like bad memory. I would run memtest86 over night for at least 8 passes. RAM - Test with Memtest86+

hmm. You also appear to have a problem with you registry. I'll ask an expert on this one. I would still test for memory though.
