I'm not quite sure how you got your system in this fashion.
Where did you get your copy of Windows 7 Ultimate?

    Your have.

    Windows Product ID: 00426-OEM-8992662-00010
    Windows Product ID Type: 2
    Windows License Type: OEM SLP
    Windows OS version: 6.1.7601.2.000101

    SLIC ACRSYS ACRPRDCT
Which is a H.P. COA key with a Asus retail motherboard and bios and a Acer SLIC.

This means you have a counterfeit installations of Windows 7.

Your first problem is; you need to install Windows 7 properly with a proper activation so we can continue.

OEM/SLP only come with a computer that is installed by the factory.
In this case H.P. and can only be use on the computer it was first activated on.

Where did you get your copy of Windows 7?
