    The crash dump is not providing us sufficient info.
    Code:
    BugCheck 3B, {c0000005, fffff88001490039, fffff8800bb43880, 0}

    Probably caused by : fltmgr.sys ( fltmgr!GetContextFromStreamList+99 )

    Followup: MachineOwner

    Still, you may need to install the ASMedia SATA3 Driver. ASRock > Z77 Extreme4

    That driver was already installed, so I just ran the repair.

    Asmedia driver is installed, but not this one.

    The installed one is ....
    Code:

        Image path: \SystemRoot\system32\DRIVERS\asahci64.sys
        Image name: asahci64.sys

    I downloaded it and its definitely the same one I downloaded earlier. I ran it and I only got the repair or remove option. Should I uninstall and re install to make sure its installed correctly?

    I think you are right. It is an old driver listed there. I got it after downloading and extracting.
    Code:
    DriverVer=09/21/2011,1.3.1.000
    Get the Asmedia ASM 106x SATA Controller Sata6G (Drivers)
    from Station-Drivers - Asmedia drivers & firmwares ?

    Not anything else from that page.
