    BSOD IRQL not less or equal

    Yesterday, my laptop met into a BSOD that gave me the error IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL after I downloaded a video converter from cnet. My laptop BSODs on start up, and can only start in safe mode. I have performed memtest with 6 passes, and no error from any of my sticks. What can be the problem? I have attached my SF Diagnostic dmp file. Thank you.

    It looks like the Symnetec products are causing network blockage here, which in turn results in a BSOD.
    Code:
    *******************************************************************************
    *                                                                             *

    *******************************************************************************

    Use !analyze -v to get detailed debugging information.

    Uninstall Norton and all Symnetec products using Norton Removal tool. At least as a test. Use Microsoft Security Essentials as your antivirus with windows inbuilt firewall, and free MBAM as the on demand scanner.

    Download, install and update those, and then run full system scans with both of them, one by one, as the installed antivirus failed.

    Let us know the results.

    I have uninstalled Norton completely using the remover, and it doesn't show any BSOD on start up anymore, my Skype also loads up, things are going fine and have been fixed, thanks for the help!
