You're welcome, glad you got it working.

Unfortunately there are still no dumps so we will have to wait till you get another BSOD now that you have configured it for creating dumps.

Also, don't run any cleaner programs or disk cleanup during this time cause they will delete those files.

Just run that .bat file again after your next crash and upload it here.

Alright - I rebooted my computer which resulted in quite a few blue screens - here's the new dump files created after that and running the .BMP. Thanks in advance for your help.

OK, both of these dumps are pointing to your wireless driver,

    Code:
Unable to load image athrx.sys, Win32 error 0n2
*** WARNING: Unable to verify timestamp for athrx.sys
*** ERROR: Module load completed but symbols could not be loaded for athrx.sys
    Probably caused by : athrx.sys ( athrx+2cf329 )

    Followup: MachineOwner
    Driver Reference Table - athrx.sys

But it appears to be up to date,

    Code:
    start end module name
    fffff880`07e27000 fffff880`0822d000 athrx T (no symbols)
        Loaded symbol image file: athrx.sys
        Image path: athrx.sys
        Image name: athrx.sys
        Timestamp: Mon Oct 21 03:47:28 2013 (52650640)
        CheckSum: 003D866A
        ImageSize: 00406000
        Translations: 0000.04b0 0000.04e4 0409.04b0 0409.04e4
I see you have a laptop but I don't know the brand or model number.

You can let me know that info so I can check the manufacturer for you.

If you want to try a reinstall of that driver to see if it helps, here is the same version,

My laptop is a build through CyberpowerPC if that helps any. I'll attempt a reinstall for that driver. Thanks

I uninstalled the Atheros Network Adapter from Device Manager and used the Action>Scan For Hardware Changes option to reinstall it and when it did, it installed the Atheros driver version 9.2.0.480 - should I leave the driver at that version and see if the BSODs continue after a restart or should I update the driver to the latest version (10.0.0.270)?

Attached is an in depth look at my system information via CPU-Z, if it helps. Thanks in advance.

Thanks for the info, if you could give a model number as well that will come in handy.

You can put in your specs,

    Attachment 309326

As for that driver, let's see if you get any more BSOD's using that one.

It's a Cyberpower A15FD. Here's a link to it: A15FD Gaming Notebook Spec I'm going to restart my PC and see what happens - if I get another BSOD, i'll send another dump. Thanks in advance.

Just restarted my PC and everything looks good - no BSOD (yet - fingers crossed). As of now the problem is solved. Just one quick question - if I mark this thread as solved, in the near future (next few days) can I return to this thread and re-mark it as unsolved if I start having BSODs? Or would I, in that case, just start a new thread? Thanks for your help.
