BSOD when PC wakes from sleep. Event 41.

Whenever I put my PC to sleep it doesn't wake up correctly. I have to turn it off or reset it. It will wake up and the power will come on (when I press the power button or mouse or keyboard) but it won't load to windows. I'm using an Asus motherboard and I read that could be the issue, so I 'Disabled PLL Overvoltage' and enabled 'Power on by PCI' through the BIOS. I ran MLWB and came up clean. I THINK all my drivers are up to date.

Not really sure what's up. Any help would be much appreciated, because I'm stumped.

    Thank you so much.

Dumps blame the Nvidia drivers but we'll wait before doing anything to that.

Daemon Tools/Alchohol is known to cause BSODs:

Norton contributes to BSOD very often. Please remove it for testing purpose. Use Microsoft Security Essentials.

Recommended from a strict BSOD perspective, compatibility & stability compared to other security software:

Microsoft Security Essentials - Free Antivirus for Windows

    Malwarebytes - Free

Good and Free system security combination.

Scan with Kaspersky TDSSKiller:Anti-rootkit utility TDSSKiller

Run a System file check (SFC): SFC /SCANNOW Command - System File Checker

Run Disk Check on your Hard Drive(s): Disk Check
