BSOD immediately after formatting to factory state

My Compaq laptop keeps restarting. I tried to format the hard drive and set it back to factory state but immediately after the operating system finishes to install, it says Windows has recovered from... and it restarts from time to time.

Seems like the error might be hardware related i.e. L1 cache error or an out-dated BIOS version. Make sure you apply all the Windows update including SP1. Please run the following CPU stress test.

CPU - Stress Test Using IntelBurnTest
Hardware - Stress Test With Prime95
Intel CPU - Diagnose

Unfortunately, my screen is turning grey or blanking out randomly but especially when I try and start anything. I have formatted the harddrive several times and reinstalled original operating system.
