Windows 7 64 bit SP1 OEM

Last update! Sorry it took so long to get back here... but I found my solution. It's the RAM! No, the RAM is NOT faulty, but the RAM I have for this build is not totally compatible with this mobo. Therefore I'm only able to run it at the default speed of 1600mhz, without any issues. I have tried higher speeds, (which this ram is rated for 2133mhz speeds) and my results are either a pc freeze, or a bsod. The RAM I have is NOT on their compatibility list.. so NOW, I can see why I was having issues before. I never would've guess.. because my older rig, has no issues whatsoever with ram. I just thought you can stick any DDR3 Ram into the slots and it'll work (bearing in mind the max frequency) Anyhow, I'll go ahead and marked this thread as solved. I encourage everyone to make sure the RAM of your choice is FULLY compatible with your system Thanks all! ***IT just sucks that I cannot run my 2133mhz ram at it's rated speed due to the mobo's inability to accept this type of ram. even tho, this board can run ram up to 3000mhz** Point is.. do more research than what I did lol!
