BSOD With Unknown Triggers (Dump Files Attached)

Hey all,

I've been having about 2-3 BSOD's a month since I built this computer, and since they were fairly intermittent and my rig rebooted immediately after, I had been ignoring them. However, since yesterday I have had about 4-5 of them and decided it's about time I poked around looking for a solution.

Details:
>I'm not sure what causes them. It never seems to be when I'm doing the same thing. For example, last night I was simply watching Netflix. Earlier today it happened when working in MS Word.
>I have not done any overclocking until today. I wanted to see if I could get anything with my GPU, but with black screening with even +50MHz, I decided it wasn't worth it and reapplied default settings.
>I was poking around in my BIOS earlier and discovered my RAM is operating at 1333 rather than the rated 1600. A couple of hours later, I had another BSOD, but because of the gap in time I can't be sure if that caused it. I dropped it back down to 1333 just to be sure.
>Booting up has been really sluggish today specifically.

That's everything I can think would be pertinent.

I talked with MS support and they want 100 bucks to help out. I'm looking to avoid that.

Any help would be vastly appreciated,

Thanks for your reply. I'm pretty sure I did that already though. There is an attachment on my original post, is that not the right one? At any rate, here is the .zip file via the program you linked. Hopefully I can get some help!

Oh okay! It's probably because I ran CCleaner along with my antimalware and virus scan to see if I could get rid of anything that was causing this. I double checked though that a dump was being created, and I'll be back again (hopefully not) if I have another BSOD.

Okay, here's the update on what's going on.

I've had several BSOD's since my last post, but the dumps were not recording until I tried the third method of setting Windows to record a crash dump. So now I should have a dump, as a file appears in the path you specified last time. The .zip file is attached.

In the meantime I have tried a couple of things just to be sure it's not a hardware problem. I ran memtest (over 8 passes with no problems) and diskchecker (no problems). I plan on also updating my mobo's drivers. GPU drivers are up to date. Just installed an aftermarket cooler as well. Not that I thought CPU temps were causing the BSOD's, but just so you know, that';s definitely not it.

I sure hope this helps, it's starting to get frustrating

Had 3 successive BSOD's. Here are the dump files. Now I'm getting downright concerned.

I have disabled all startup programs but AVG -- there were quite a few. If nothing else it makes my startup a lot quicker. FUrmark ran for an hour no problems, and I ran memtest last week with no issues (probably around 12 passes or so). I will update with any further BSOD's.

As an aside, I really appreciate the time you're putting in to helping me out. Not everyone would be willing to put time into helping you someone they've never met, so thank you.
