And we're back... After an extremely long RMA process with Gigabyte they have determined there is nothing wrong with the video card. There have been three blue screens since I've had the card back (none during gameplay, some from the computer just sitting there). See attached. I think I'm going to try and pull two of the oldest memory sticks to see if they are faulty, unless anyone has any other suggestions.

Your Realtek network driver is out of date.

    Code:
    fffff880`03e00000 fffff880`03e3f000 Rt64win7 (deferred)
        Image path: Rt64win7.sys
        Image name: Rt64win7.sys
        Timestamp: Thu Aug 20 17:05:06 2009 (4A8D7432)
        CheckSum: 0003C172
        ImageSize: 0003F000
        Translations: 0000.04b0 0000.04e4 0409.04b0 0409.04e4
In order to properly assist you I need the msinfo32 file.
    1. Go to Start
    2. Type in 'msinfo32'
    3. Open the .exe file
    4. Click on File > Save
    5. Save it in a suitable place
    6. Once saved compress the file in a .zip folder
    7. Upload that .zip folder in your next reply.

I updated the Realtek driver and USB 3.0 driver (Windows reported it out of date). Attached is the MSInfo and additional bluescreen logs that occurred. These reports were generated prior to updating the drivers.

Then these logs aren't of any use.
Post back to let us know how your system is running.

Well, we can rule out memory. I tried with just two sticks, both pairs of slots independently. Problem still occurred. Tried the other sicks, still occurred. Then swapped in my memory from a stable machine and it still occurred.

Attached is the MSINFO and logs from the crashes. The machine seems less stable now with the updated drivers. Every time I attempted to grab the MSINFO it crashed and restarted, it also just restarted after loading into windows. I had to go into Safe mode just to grab the files. Curiously, I booted the system into safe mode with networking to try and send the files to my other machine, and it stopped when loading Safe Mode w/ Networking. After getting the files on disk in regular Safe mode, I tried Safe mode with networking and it loaded fine, but then eventually BSOD'd. So, I then tried it in Safe mode without networking for a while to see if it'd BSOD there. I tried running Prime 95 twice in safe mode without networking to stress it and that caused the computer to crash as well (just a black screen, no BSOD).

Edit: As a reminder, if this is a hardware problem, I can swap out the following components from my stable machine:

    - Memory (roughly the same, but already tried)
    - Video card (same)
    - Processor (different, but same socket type. The unstable machine has AMD Phenom II x4, the stable one has an x6)
    - Power supply (same, but I'd really hate to do that ).

Edit 2: A reseating of the processor with cleaning/reapplication of thermal paste seems to have solved the black screen restarting. Will report any new BSODs if they occur.

So far things are looking good. I'll give it a few more days before marking the issue as resolved. Thanks for all your help and time investigating the issue. :)
