Do you have your windows 7 installation disc?
You might be best doing a repair of windows.

If I reinstall Windows 7, will I lose everything?
No, you should repair windows using the installation CD. You should only lose your data if you partition the HDD which is not what I'm asking you to do. I'm afraid we have very limited options because if you can't run safe mode properly it seems windows has been damaged or you have a serious hardware issue.
My laptop was custom built and had Windows 7 and some other programs preinstalled. This was done because you had to buy it that way for the course I take at school. I do not have the disc but my friend can copy Windows 7 on a flashdrive. Will that work too?
Yes, but you need to know your product key, is it on your laptop?
Actually, I don't recall needing the product key for a repair of windows. It is always good to have it on you though.
I can call my school concerning the key. In thr meanwhile I will try to reinstall Windows 7 with my friend. I will post here again if I run into any problems or if it still crashes after succesful reinstall.
Don't install the Roxio software or Daemon tools, they seem to be the main culprits. Hopefully it will fix it. If you get any more crashes don't hesitate to post back here. If repairing windows buys you enough time to access the desktop, back everything up immediately, we wouldn't want you losing important data.
