    Well the Intel HD graphics 4000 is intels onboard graphics display on the motherboard that shares memory with the CPU. If it stops giving you BSODs when using the Intel HD graphics then it's the Nvidia card that's at fault. If you're PC is still under warranty then ask for a repair, if it isn't then a new graphics card would be needed to replace the previous one.
