Code 116 actually refers to the graphics settings in connection to the programs those which are using your graphics card. So not only an update can solve this problem but many times updates are made for the graphics card driver but still code 116 may remian.

I would try running a stress test on your graphics card. Just to make sure it's not a hardware fault. Please run Furmark and follow these instructions.

    Additional information is required.

    1. Download the DM Log Collector application to your desktop by clicking the icon below

    2. Run it by double-clicking the icon, and follow the prompts.
    3. Locate the .ZIP file created on your desktop, and upload it here in your next reply.

I thought I already posted it? But here's a new one.And yeah this only happens when I am running games. But it only occurs for one specific game Dota 2 , other games I play I do realise my laptop gets hot but it never crashes.Sometimes in a Dota 2 game my whole dota 2 would just freeze and alt tabbing isnt even possible opening the task manager will result the task manager not responding as well. Its like my whole laptop just hangs , screen turns back with start menu still visible but I can still talk and hear my friends on skype if I am in a skype call while plying together in the game.Other times I just straight up just get a BSOD.My friend said that it could be my laptop overheating but he says its weird since only plying Dota 2 causes this issue.

There isn't any .dmp file in your attachment. Based on the earlier bugcheck 116, I recommend following this:

    Nice suggestion golden :)

Sometimes I get a little stuck with 0x116 errors. I've found then quite tricky sometimes.

Is there a guide showing how to get the .dmp files ? Because I followed the Blue Screen of Death (BSOD) Posting Instructions.Should I just do the option 2 ? I 've confirmed that its my Nvidia graphics card.I disabled it at the device manager and use something called Intel R HD Graphics 4000 instead to play and 0 crashes or bluescreen.I play on low settings so it does really affect me.Other games work fine with the Nvidia graphics card just Dota 2 is giving me issues. Is there any solution to fix this ? or is my steam dota 2 the problem? Thank you.
