Before I ran that test, I was just playing DS2 when my computer completely froze up like it does before a BSOD appears, yet this time it never progressed to the blue screen and instead just stayed frozen. Also looking in my Minidump folder under Windows shows only the 2 previous BSODs that I had before this.
I also found it interesting when the program listed above told me my SSD (where my OS is installed) was MBR. During Win8 setup it told me that it couldn't be installed to my SSD since it was MBR.

The scan also didn't reveal any issues.

Edit: I've also had previous issues with the computer freezing and not progressing to blue screen back on the Win7, not sure why I didn't think of posting that here.

Yea it just did it again, this time it froze everything except for the sound, sound played normally. No BSOD log though.

It is MBR, after that hiccup during your second install, you must have enabled legacy mode in the bios.

There will now be two log files created in the mbar folder called system-log.txt and one that starts with mbar-log. The mbar-log file will always start with mbar-log, but the rest will be named using a timestamp indicating the time it was run. For example, mbar-log-2012-11-12 (19-13-32).txt corresponds to mbar-log-year-month-day (hour-minute-second).txt. The system-log.txt contains information about each time you have run MBAR and contains diagnostic information from the program. A new mbar-log is created every time you run MBAR and will contain information about what was detected and removed.

As you can tell, this is becoming a headscratcher, it would help if you could tell us more details in your replies.

You just remember a previous freezing issue? Verbal results from tests aren't very useful, screenshots and log files are always better, we aren't there to see them so you have to be our eyes.

What exactly are you doing to your games?

Was trying to attach some files to answer the rootkit log files when I got a BSOD.

Moving on from that I could only find 2 log files in the mal-rootkit folder. (See attached)

Skyrim was modded out using Nexus Mod Manager, mostly character mods, additional item mods and terrain/texture mods. A lot of which were high def, around 2048x2048 resolution, and I ever only got my graphics display crashes during Skyrim. I most likely won't be playing Skyrim for a while since I'd have to completely re-mod it and start over, and that'll take days just to set up properly.

Just throw out a possible cause, could most of these BSODs be fixed if my SSD was properly configured to GPT instead of MBR?

Edit: The problem with the freezing not going to the blue screen is that the computer completely locks up and nothing but a hard restart will do anything. So screenshots and stuff like that would be difficult.

Some shit is going down pretty fast, just had 3 BSODs in the matter of 5 minutes. Two of which were DRIVER_VERIFIER_DETECTED_VIOLATION. All DMPs included

Edit: Would also like to say that those two Driver verifier detected BS's were both on start-up AFTER the main Win8 menu came up, not during initial boot-up.
The one before that was when I was watching some YouTube videos full screened in Internet Explorer
