Hmm, what are you doing when it crashes?
Can you run a system file check please. To do so,
Go onto Start
Type cmd and right click it and choose "Run as administrator"
Then in the command prompt type "sfc /scannow".
Post the results.

Use method 3 from this tutorial to change your startup programs. Untick as many unnecessary programs as possible. Then enable driver verifier again.
Startup Programs - Change
Also, when you choose what drivers to verify make sure you don't tick any drivers that are from "Microsoft Cooperation, Unknown or Macrovision".
Driver Verifier - Enable and Disable

MSI Board, as per the data of the initial post:
The product key (OEM) matches with Acer/Gateway.Code:BiosMajorRelease = 4 BiosMinorRelease = 6 BiosVendor = American Megatrends Inc. BiosVersion = V1.19 BiosReleaseDate = 03/07/2012 SystemManufacturer = MSI SystemProductName = MS-7681 SystemFamily = To be filled by O.E.M. SystemVersion = 1.0/2.0 SystemSKU = To be filled by O.E.M. BaseBoardManufacturer = MSI BaseBoardProduct = P67A-GD55 (MS-7681) BaseBoardVersion = 1.0/2.0
But OEM Activation data says ....Code:xxxxx-OEM-8992662-00006
I see nothing ASUS other than the audio card.Code:SLIC _ASUS_ Notebook
It is a counterfeit installation of windows 7. As per the forum rules we dont support with counterfeit installations. You reinstall using the genuine media, activate the installation using a legit key and then report back for any further BSOD.
