BSOD Randomly stopping? error 0x000000a

I keep getting the Blue screen of death and it's really annoying when i'm in the middle of something. I think it may be a driver... please help. Thanks c: I've attached my dm log collector files below

Can you please run memtest86 for at least 8 passes. I think it's RAM related. Please follow these instructions.
