    BSOD, 50 / 3b / 0a. Not sure what is causing it.

    Hey all,

    Lately I've been having some BSOD and I'm not sure what's causing them. I've had 3 different crashes as I mentioned in the title. It seems to be really random, yesterday I had 2 while trying to play a game so I thought that was it but then it wouldn't do it again, today I got one while I was just browsing in Chrome.

    I'm not sure what to look for as this isn't something I do a lot, any help would be really appreciated!

    I've added the required file to this post.

    There isn't much information to be honest. Two of the bugchecks are 3B which are system service exceptions, these are generally caused by graphics drivers. Now it says in the 3B bugchecks are caused by win32k.sys which is the system windowing driver which makes sense if it graphics related. I've looked at your driver date and it was released last december, can you try updating it. If that doesn't work can you please enable Driver Verifier by following these instructions. Here's some instructions how to update the graphics driver for AMD graphics cards.

    Well

    My video driver is actually up-to-date, I just checked to be sure but it is. I used the verifier and it triggered bluescreens on boot so I had to go into safe-mode to disable it again. Here is the new dmp file.

    Right, we have some information to go on.
    Daemon Tools is a well known cause of BSODs. Can you completely uninstall it.
    Another issue is your Intel Rapid Storage Technology Driver.
    Can you create a restore point before updating this driver. Follow these instructions on how to create a restore point.

    System Restore Point - Create

    Update the Intel Rapid Storage technology Driver here.

    Done and done, lets hope this fixes the issue! Should I rerun the verifier?

    No, leave Driver Verifier off. Wait until something happens (hopefully it won't). If you aren't getting any BSODs then there's no need to enable Driver Verifier. Lets us know the results. When you're absolutely confident the issue has been fixed mark the thread as solved.

    I wanted to install a new font today, it instantly gave me a blue-screen. I wasn't sure if it was the font file so I tried it again, another blue screen. I tried a different font, it worked. Another failed. Then I couldn't boot my PC anymore... It wouldn't boot into windows, not even safe mode. I thought it was my HD so I put it in a different computer and copied all my files off and did every test I could think of, no errors. So I took out my memory, nothing, took out my video card and it booted. I figured I would put it back just to test, and it booted. Right now its booting again but I have no idea what is causing all of this, its weird. Anyway, here's the new dump files.

    The dump files aren't containing much information. Can you please enable Driver Verifier again.

    Code:
    *******************************************************************************
    *                                                                             *
    *                        Bugcheck Analysis                                    *
    *                                                                             *
    *******************************************************************************

    Use !analyze -v to get detailed debugging information.
