Windows 7: Programs say "... has stopped working" when playing games.

Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit

Sorry if my sentences are messed up sometimes.
I've did all the fixes Arc suggested, but I still crashed. Before I opened this topic I bought a brand new HDD and installed a fresh version of Windows on it. That didn't work so I ran Memtest which gave me 5 passes for 2 of the RAM modules, and 5 passes for the other two RAM modules, both tested in the same slots. Didn't work either. And I tested the GPU's seperate. I also turned on verifier, but I don't get a BSOD, only the "Has stopped working" popup. And I tried the repair-install guide, but I got an error that I already got a higher version installed.

I hope this makes it more clear, for what I already tried.
Edit - Got to capture an error message

In the events I uploaded f.lux, skype.exe and vlc.exe show the exception code: 0xc0000005. But plugin-container.exe shows the exception code: 0x80000003, might this be something?
