BSOD - laptop wont shutdown properly [SF logs attached]

    Hi all

My laptop is experiencing BSOD and the SF logs are attached. All I can really add is that the laptop is only a week old and is vanilla with only Win 7 64 bit installed with some, but not all, of the latest Windows Updates.

Any help would be really appreciated : )

    Thanks!
    Chris

    Hi Golden!

Thank you so much for taking the time to investigate my problem and supply such detailed support. I really appreciate it.

I'm completing the steps in turn now, starting with Norton

No problem - I'm off to bed in a minute, but I'll ask Arc to keep an eye on this
