ULi m1573 usb causing bsod win7 x64 help

It appears theres an issue with the usb driver causing bsods.

unplug all usbs or disable usb in bios no issue.

runehci.txt from ULi_Integrated220

The above file gives details and i want to correct the usb driver for windows 7 x64.

Can anyone help please?
