Random System Freeze, no BSOD - Black screen on Hard Reboot

    Hello,

For the last couple months my PC has been having an issue where the screen randomly freezes and the last sounds that were playing loop and then stop. This can happen while playing a game, be it Hearthstone, Batman Arkham City, any game. Can also happen when using any web based flash, like YouTube, Twitch, etc. But, I have also had freezes about a minute after logging on without even doing any of the above. CPU temperatures right before freeze appear normal, and the fans stay at about the same speeds when freeze happens (at least I don't hear them spinning up). I am forced to do a hard reboot, but it takes a few tries to get the PC to boot because the monitor simply acts like it doesn't detect any video signal upon reboot, I can hear Windows do its boot up sounds, but nothing on screen.

I have a feeling this might be multiple problems linked together.

I included a .zip of my computer's SF Diangostic Tool report.

Thanks for taking a look at this problem, all help is welcome and appreciated.

That definitely sounds like a graphics driver related issue, if not then a hardware failure in your GPU. I would recommend updating your graphics driver by booting into safe mode (F8 on startup).
Uninstall the current ones via the control panel.
    Let us know the results.
