BSOD Crashes my PC and leave it on the BlueScreen

I think i have problem with my USB Ports but i want to check it. I get like Windows crash and then i get some countdown to 100 for some dumping physical memory and when it reaches to 100 i should be able to press F8 and go to safe mod or something insted i cant do smack and the only way to use my PC again is to manualy restart it.
I get this code: iusb3xhc.sys .. I don't want to bother you with all the numbers.. Insted i will attach the screeenshot i took with my phone here and you can see.

    Additional information is required.

    1. Download the DM Log Collector application to your desktop by clicking the link below

    DM Log Collector.exe

    2. Run it by double-clicking the icon on your desktop, and follow the prompts.
    3. Locate the .ZIP file created on your desktop, and upload it here in your next reply.
