BSOD every few minutes

I have a Dell Latitude e6520 that is getting BSOD's every few minutes. Attached is a screen shot of the BSOD and required dumps and logs.
So far I have ran the latest versions of Combofix, Tweaking.com's Windows Repair, JRT (Junk Software Remover), ADWCleaner, Malwarebytes, Ccleaner, Windows Updates, latest bios...
I ran chkdsk /f, I ran seagate's seatools, sfc /scannow, and the dell diagnostics (f12). Hardware passes all tests.
I've since installed new memory, took out the dell wireless adapter and installed a intel 6235.
I uninstalled avast and used their removal tool, and installed microsoft security essentials and malwarebytes.
I've changed the power options from dell to high performance
The BSOD will happen while using the computer and if it has just been turned on and is idle.

Please help!

I can't access your zip file. Something is wrong. Can you please run the SF Diagnostics Tool again. (Make sure you run it as Administrator).

Right the cause appears to be from the driver Wdf01000.sys. However, that isn't the cause itself, its getting the blame.
Can you enable Driver Verifier to see if we are dealing with a driver issue here.
Follow these instructions.
