    First do SFC /SCANNOW Command - System File Checker
    Post results.

    Then check your harddisk with seatools or western digital data lifeguard. Post results

I have test my HDD with Tune Pro and everything is good...but at Error Scan on Speed Map is full of red and yellow bricks? is this why i cant get anything from Rar without a CRC volume error or install a game without IsDone.dll error, and they are randomly, could be at 1% or 99%, at both, on game...

Yes I do have a laptop and desktop with the same name, " Mackay " If not then I am not sure what that means above? Yes I did search on google and came...
