BSOD-usually When Unattended-Debug files attached

I have recently upgraded two virtually identical PCs from XP to W7. One is fine, one crashes, always when not in use. Debug files are attached

I have googled a some of the error messages and they seem to indicate a drive going bad, but not sure. The drive is about a year old and was part of the original RAID, but RAID is turned off and drive was reformatted. I took it to a shop, they said it appeared to be a processor problem.

My files are attached

BSOD unattended overnight
Had a BSOD late last night, and after restarting it this morning, I had to go through startup repair. I think Chrome was open, and I had an external USB hard drive plugged into a USB 3.0 port at the time of the crash.

Random BSOD 3B (usually unattended) - Windows 7 x64
Been getting random reboots with bugcheck 3B listed on an almost daily basis. On every occasion it has happened when I have been away from the computer. I ran verifier.exe and that flagged up a bigcheck c9 for stream.sys but that file doesn't seem to be damaged and is identical to the...
