BSOD when I restart PC, error 0x0000006B

Hello everyone! Quick note, I have the BSOD diagnosis attached in a file that I uploaded to this thread.

    The problem:

I get the BSOD error code 0x0000006B every time I boot my PC. The odd thing is once I boot the PC it gives me two options "start up PC normally, or repair PC" If I choose start PC normally, it will start to boot up, then it will inevitably Blue screen on me. If I choose repair PC then it basically fixes it.

Well, it fixes it until I go to restart my PC again, then it blue screens once more... rinse and repeat... -_-

    Things I've tried:

    1. I tried to do a chkdsk command
    2. I tried following this guide on youtube: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lvZDGpFEHDQ which basically had me delete the bootcat.cache out of my system32

Not sure exactly what to do, my plan was to just backup my whole hard drive and reformat it. But instead I decided before to speak with the computer tech wiz community!

    Thank in advanced guys.

Please perform a Repair to allow you to boot normally as per your description. Once booted, please follow these steps:

    1. Click Start
    2. In the search box, type cmd
    3. In the list that appears, right-click on cmd.exe and choose Run as administrator
    4. In the command window that opens, type sfc /scannow and hit enter.

Report the output from the command window once it finishes.

Here is what it says: "Windows resource protection found corrupt files but was unable to fix some of them.
Details are included in the CBS.Log windir\Logs\CBS\CBS.log. For examples C:\Windows\system32>"

I tried going into windows logs but it said that I cannot access it because I don't have permissions to view it

OK. Try running the sfc /scannow command an additional 3 times, one after the other. Sometimes this will fix these errors. If you still get the same message, then do this:

    1. Navigate to \\CBS folder and copy the CBS.log file to another location.
    2. Zip it, and then upload it here using this:

I'll ask NoelDP to have a look, and determine if a quick fix is viable.

Once you have done that, please try a Windows Update and report if any updates are available.

I'm not sure if I did it right... I sent it to the desktop but it said that is was a short cut... So I went ahead and compressed the shortcut lol... I tried other ways but none would work... here's the file anyway.

Also I did that sfc /scannow 3 extra times and it yielded the same results.

    I'm updating my PC now.

I also ran the first program you provided to me and updated my computer information. Windows is updated (it had 28 updates) but I am afraid to restart the computer in fear of it blue screening causing me to have to repair which means I will lose all the diagnostics work we've done.
