I had a look at jumping the PSU and to be honest, I am not very comfortable doing that mate, especially since the PC is under warrenty and I have never built or worked on a PC in my life.
I am fairly good with software and have intermediate PC skills, I am however not experienced in installing or removing PC parts other than sliding an SSD in after buying a special case on Ebay for it!
Also the Dell tech has the link to this thread to see what I have tried and to get idea's of what the cause may be from your input and I really don't want to do anything that could make the problem worse or create new problems.
I really appreciate the help and suggestion mate, I will have to leave it to dell and one of their techs to test the power though if they think that is the problem.
I am more than happy to run tests and programs that store or create information to upload but the hands on stuff I will have to leave to the techs
