Computer crashes to almost all games and some videos when fullscreen

As the title suggests just about any game will crash. I have managed to work around this by playing in windowed mode which works for some games like saints row 4, but not for dota 2 (dota will crash no matter what I do). Also, netflix will crash the computer if I play the movies in full screen mode.
I've tried a lot of different things and sometimes when I keep my computer on for long periods of time (close to a week) saints row 4 will work just fine in full screen, but then I'll go to watch an anime in full screen (streaming) and the computer will crash. After that it will crash to almost anything that's full screen. Oddly enough I can watch twitch in full screen just fine.....
    Totally perplexed......

There are no dump files in the zip folder. Please configure your dump files by following these instructions.

Dump Files - Configure Windows to Create on BSOD

Make sure you have the option of Small Memory Dumps selected.

If you have already configured Windows then please make sure you run the DM Log Collector tool as Administrator.
Click grab all and upload that in your new reply.

I actually payed attention to the program as it was running and it said that the minidump location could not be found and that 0 files were copied. I at first I changed the settings myself, but then I used the program from this site, and then went back to double check the setting and it was set to minidump at the proper location. I also rebooted and then crashed the computer with a game. I'll attache the zip file anyway, and a screen shot of what I'm talking about.
Thank you for being so patient with me!
