Randomly Occurring BSOD's Driver Irql not less or equal

Recently my PC has begun to BSOD during use. I've read through quite a few other threads on the same problem and i have general understanding of the cause of this problem.Could anyone offer any assistance on how to prevent future BSODs? I have attached dump files i attained from SF Diagnostic Tool.
    Thanks in advance

    More information is required.

You are getting errors from your Atheros NIC driver, I need to know what exact version you have so I can point you to the correct driver.

    Code:

Sorry I mistyped what I meant.
I need to know your exact network card type from Atheros.

Hmm, the latest version was released in 2010, we can try it anyway.

    Sorry for the late reply,

After downloading the driver i selected "Browse my computer for driver software" and directed it the folder with the .inf files. It then displayed that Windows determined the driver software was up to date. I should also note that no further BSOD's have occurred since i posted this thread. Could the recent BSOD's just be some kind of intermittent hardware issue?

Thanks for the help so far.

No, I very much doubt it's hardware related. Post back if you get any more BSODs.
