Run the same program as before? It says to run as administrator but when I do it still says I don't have administrative rights

Ok, it just crashed and when I turn it on I'm not even getting a BIOS screen anymore. What the ****

That can't happen unless it's a hardware failure. Driver Verifier is in windows and windows doesn't boot until after the BIOS.
You should boot into safe mode.

I was in safe mode, I can't boot into safe mode I have no BIOS.

Well it's not a coincidence that the bios won't load

You don't boot into safe mode through the BIOS. You use the Advanced Start up menu (F8).
