Windows 7: BSODs after sleep mode back again

BSODs after sleep mode back again

Having thought my computer had somehow fixed itself as I had no BSODs for a while, they have started up again.

I have not had any crashes other than in or immediately after sleep mode.

I have:

* run memtest again for 10 hours without revealing any problems.

* changed the video drivers and the SATA AHCI drivers.

* run Verifier without crashes on startup.

* changed the memory sticks from slots 2 and 4 to slots 1 and 3.

* replaced the motherboard with identical new one (Amazon's excellent return service).

* removed what seemed to be a faulty charged USB multi-hub.

* changed the memory used by the onboard graphics from I1b to 32Mb

* wiped the SSD disk clean and reinstalled Windows 7

None of this seems to have had any effect. Most of the time the system wakes up from sleep without a problem, but about once every two days or so it crashes during sleep or just after.

The latest crash came with the following information:

Problem signature:
Problem Event Name: BlueScreen
OS Version: 6.1.7601.
Locale ID: 2057

Additional information about the problem:
BCCode: 24
BCP1: 00000000000C08A5
BCP2: 0000000000000000
BCP3: 0000000000000000
BCP4: 0000000000000000
OS Version: 6_1_7601
Service Pack: 1_0
Product: 256_1

I attach the DM Log Collector file, along with a screen shot of a recent BlueScreenView.

My suspicion is that there is a fault with the memory sticks, but if memtest doesn't show a fault, how do I find out?

I'd be grateful, as before, for any suggestions from you experts.

Can you uninstall Trusteer Rapport?

Let us know the result.

Thanks very much for the suggestion and the prompt analysis, Arc, but Trusteer Rapport is a pre-requisite from my bank to allow me to do online banking and in order to test this I would have to run it for a few days without it loaded. I have used it for many years now and is absolutely stable with the other computers in the household running Windows 7, so I would have hoped it would not be a cause of a BSOD.

All the same, if that is the pointer, then I suppose I'll just have to continue with the random BSODs or just not use sleep mode. In fact all day today I have let the computer run (just letting the screens and the hard drives to shut down) and there has been no problem.

Yes, that is sometimes an important program, so I did not suggested you to uninstall it.

But it causes BSODs very frequently. And there are reasons.

And your decision seems to be right.

Thanks a lot, Arc. It is only a minor irritation, so I'll be living with it -- unless, of course, I find out some day that there is a hardware fault. I'll shut down this thread now, so thanks for the help!
