    BSOD, error 0x010d framework violation

I started getting my first BSOD a week ago, now I get one everyday.
I though it was related to my xBox controller (since it was always plugged in when the bsod happened) and tried to correct it, but get another BSOD. That's why I'm asking for your help.
    I get a Framework Violation, 0x010d, 0x0, 0x05, 0x,1024, fffffa80'09e772e0 error. Caused by driver : Wdf01000.sys and xusb21.sys.

    Computer specs :

    MSI GT60 Laptop
    CPU : Intel core i5-3230M
    VGA : Nvidia GeForce GTX670MX / 3GB GDDR5
    RAM : DDRIII 4GB
    RF : 802.11b/g/n

    Uploaded the .zip as asked.

    Thanks.

I'd advise that you remove Spybot for the time being.

Use Revo Uninstaller to uninstall stubborn software. Opt for Advance Mode while uninstalling which allows leftover registry removal:Download Revo Uninstaller Freeware - Free and Full Download - Uninstall software, remove programs, solve uninstall problems
Avira contributes to BSOD's. Please remove it for testing purpose. Use Microsoft Security Essentials.

Recommended from a strict BSOD perspective, compatibility & stability compared to other security software:

Microsoft Security Essentials - Free Antivirus for Windows

    Malwarebytes - Free

Good and Free system security combination.

Scan with Kaspersky TDSSKiller:Anti-rootkit utility TDSSKiller
