Yes, I removed it through Windows Unistall. Two BSODs today - see the latest minidumps (attached). Please let me know if you still see Trusteer. I will go into the registry and remove it manually then.

    Thanks.

I don't see Trusteer any longer, but these two dmp files are inconclusive. Run Driver Verifier again please.

Still inconclusive. Lets check memory please.

Run a minimum of 8 passes, preferably overnight, or until errors occur using MemTest86+.

Use this tutorial to help you use MemTest86+:

I had already run memtest, but will do it again. Do I stop driver verifier now?

In the meantime, here is another mindump from today.

I noticed now that the crash occurs at boot, but after that it does not crash.

Update 6 hours later: I stopped the Driver Verifier, and rebooted the computer. After some time, the computer became unresponsive and I had to shut it down. No mini-dump. This was the original problem - so it is still there. Curiously, I never saw this while the Driver Verifier was running ? ? ? Coincidence ?

For running MemTest, do I stop the driver verifier?

BSOD still continues - please help

I am continuing to have problems, but usually there are no minidumps. Today, I had 3 BSODs in 1 hour - the worst it has ever been. But it generated a minidump. Please see attached.

Another minidump from 6 week ago also attached. No other minidumps in all other crashes in the last 4 months.

I have run memtest as advised previously - no errors.

    Please help !

Edit: I went ahead and replaced the memory anyway, just in case. It made no difference.
