    I dont know if it was the OS because spaces between bluscreens varied A LOT so I will stick around and update this thread if another bluescreen was to happen.

    Ok its been a week and a bit and I have had no bluescreens I would just like to say thank you to everyone that helped and I now feel more confident using my computer as it wont crash randomly. I am going to wait another couple of days before overclocking again just to see if the problem has been solved, anyway thanks again :)
