BSOD after Win Updates + Mouse & Keyboard Typing Delays

I've been experiencing BSOD over the last year. I'm pretty sure it's happening after automatic windows updates. I'm now experiencing delays in typing and mouse usage sporadically throughout the day. Not sure if they are related.

    Desktop PC - Custom Build
    Windows 7 64 bit
    i7-2600K 3.4GHz
    GIGABYTE GA-Z68X-UD4-B3 LGA 1155 Intel Z68 SATA 6Gb/s USB 3
Corsair Vengeance Blue 16 GB DDR3 SDRAM Dual Channel Memory
    NVidia GeForce GTX 470
    Hitachi HDS723020BLA642 ATA
    Dual 27" Acer Monitors
    ESET Nod32 7.0 AV

    Any Help is greatly appreciated.

    Thank you.

Configure the system to collect "small memory dumps" following: Dump Files - Configure Windows to Create on BSOD

Reduce items at start-up: Startup Programs - Change

Perform a clean boot: Troubleshoot Application Conflicts by Performing a Clean Startup

Please run these tests and report back the results.

    1. SFC /scannow to check windows for corruption - SFC /SCANNOW - System File Checker
    2. Disk check for errors on the hard drive - Run Disk Check in Windows 7
    3. Troubleshoot apps by a clean boot - Performing a Clean Startup
    4. Memtest86+ paying attention to part 3 - RAM - Test with Memtest86+
    5. Hard drive test from HDD mfg website - Hard Drive Diagnostic Procedure
