    Blue screen of death 0x00000116

Can someone please help me with this?! I've been searching everywhere on how to fix this with little to no help on how to solve this issue. I blue screen every time that I play games or watch videos. I'm unbelievably irritated with this.

I have already uninstalled and updated my graphics card.
And I don't think that anything is overheating because there have been a few times that I had turned my computer on for the first time of the day, started a game, and it blue screens within 5 minutes of powering up.

    PLEASE CAN SOMEONE HELP.
