BSOD at gaming. Win32k.sys or CDD.DLL

    Win32k.sys picture
All my pc components are new and about 1month ago installed(power and hdds are about 1year old).
Windows 7 Ultimate x64 resently installed and all drivers are updated!

i get win32k.sys bsod about every 2nd day i play and today i got first time CDD.DLL error at bsod.
Sometimes when i play minecraft, i go to fullscreen mode, bsod attack at me and gives that win32k.sys error.
This is last about whole time when i build my new pc.

Overheating isn't problem, heats are fine.

what is wrong with my pc?
