Explorer Stops Responding and Restarts
"After a lot of research, I had read that the ISO file that the user firstly burnt may have had a corrupt file in it and that file was causing Windows Explorer to crash and restart a number of times.
If you purchased the disk kit from Microsoft you need to do a system repair, this WILL NOT get rid of your programs and files!!! It has worked for me and hopefully it will work for you.
If you have no disk you can try to burn the disk again and then do a repair, I dont know if this will work but its worth the try to get rid of this annoying problem.
I hope this solution works for you as its worked for me, good luck."
