Can't Boot Windows 7 BSOD

Hi,

My windows 7 desktop wont boot no mater what I do.

I have tried the Repair / Recovery Disc and the Installation disk but
cannot get to the recovery / repair screen.

I've set the Bios to boot from the dvd drive.

When I use the recovery disc it gets to "loading files" then I get the BSOD which says:

A problem has been detected and windows has shut down to prevent damage to your computer.

I cannot boot in any of the safe modes or get to a command prompt. I even made a new recovery disc from my laptop and also online.

I tried loading the setup disc on an external HD and also a flash drive and set to boot from those but no success.
I have a backup image on a separate external HD but cannot access it.

Not sure what to do from here??? Would reinstall Windows 7, but have no idea where to begin??

Sorry I couldn't post any of the requested diagnostics because I cannot boot up the computer at all! I
am posting this from my laptop.

Thank you... I will get right on it! Not sure I understand how to run everything? Since I can't
boot up my computer, I can download these tools to a flash drive on my laptop, but not sure
what to do from there??

So far I have downloaded Sea Tools for DOS and an ISO opener, then extracted the files to another folder on the flash drive, put the drive in my desktop, changed the bios to boot from the flash drive, and keep getting the Windows Error Recovery Screen. Tried it a few times. Did I do something incorrect? Thanks!

I did try that. I was finally able to boot using the installation disc, but am unable to run anything once it boots up??
I tried system restore, and restore from an image that I have on a separate Hard Drive, but the recovery is not recognizing the Operating system. It is asking me to load drivers. I have the driver disk but when I put it in it just shows the files on the disk and I am not sure what to do??

I am on the repair screen under Recovery Options, but again there is no OS to choose from. Any ideas??

Work through the Troubleshooting Steps for Windows 7
to first determine if the HD is detected and functioning, then if Windows Defender can't scan it try another of the free AV boot disks, confirm the Partition Marked Active and run Startup Repair - Run 3 Separate Times.

If no OS continues to be detected in repair console, even from disk, try the bootrec commands including the backup and delete of BCD to Rebuild MBR. This can sometimes resolve that.

Everything that can be done is in that tutorial leading up to if necessary rescuiing your files to run Dell Windows 7 PC Restore or do a vastly superior Clean Reinstall - Factory OEM Windows 7 -
