BSOD All of a sudden, error 0x0000001e once and 0x0000003b twice

Hello. Last night i opened my pc, logged in at windows and then after a few minutes windows crashed with BSOD and rebooted. I went to windows again and they crashed once more. The 3rd time i booted successfully and windows didnt crash for at least 2-3 hours, but when i went away for 10 minutes they crashed again, without generating a dump file. Today windows crashed once more, generating a dump file and to my surprise fedora crashed as well, and i've been thinking that its probably a hardware related issue. I tried to read the dump files with blue screen viewer and the only thing i understood was that the first crash dump had the files ataport.sys ntoskrln.exe and tcpip.sys pointed out, while the second had ntoskrnl.exe and tcpip.sys and the third had the ntoskrnl.exe and win32k.sys.Im posting the dumps here. Thanks for your time!

    Code:
    Host Name: ADAM-PC
OS Name: Microsoft Windows 7 Ultimate
OS Version: 6.1.7601 Service Pack 1 Build 7601
    OS Manufacturer: Microsoft Corporation
    OS Configuration: Standalone Workstation
    OS Build Type: Multiprocessor Free
    Registered Owner: Adam
    Registered Organization:
    Product ID: 00426-OEM-8992662-00497
Counterfeit installations such as yours contains heavily modified code that causes the installation to behave it unexpected ways. Analysing BSOD's and determining their causes on these sorts of installations is very unreliable.

My recommendation is to start with a clean slate, and install a genuine version of Windows. This will minimise the problems you are experiencing, and make subsequent diagnosis of BSOD's far more reliable. Once you are running a genuine Windows installation, and are still experiencing BSOD's, we will be happy to help you solve them :)

Thanks a lot for your reply. As a university student i am granted two windows licences, but i would like to know if i have hardware problems before switching. Also due to proji have and time pressure i cant reinstall windows right now. So, if possible, can it be determined if there is hardware problem or not?
EDIT: Fedora crashed once more, said something about ext4. Windows stable now for like 3-4 hours.
